1. When ordering, 50% of the total cost is payable when placing your order. The remaining 50% is due prior to delivery. Personalised wedding stationery is printed to meet your exact requirements and therefore cancellations have to be paid for in full. My timetable is that on receipt of an order, I will send an invoice and a proof for your approval which you should check very carefully, sign and return it to me together with the balance, payable by cheque please.
2. Postage and packing is free on all orders over £200, otherwise I make a charge of £5 towards postage and packing.
3. There is no minimum order – if you only need 5 invitations I will make them for you.
4. All cards have been designed by me and may not be reproduced.
5. All stationery includes inserts and matching envelopes. Thank You cards have a blank insert for you to write on although I can print them for a small additional charge of 25p per card. Order of Service and Order of the Day will be printed on all four sides of the insert paper – additional sheets will be charged extra.
6. A typeface has been pre-selected to match each design. However, you may choose an alternative typeface and colour – please advise me when placing your order. A sheet displaying typeface and colour choices will be forwarded with your two free samples. I will of course advise you if your preferred colour does not match the design you have selected - changing the colour of the typeface on the front of the card can totally change the look of the card.
7. Please allow at least 8 weeks for me to complete your order before you wish to send out your invitations. On occasions, I may be able to help with an order at short notice - please telephone me first before sending in a last minute order.
8. I am happy to supply two free samples, but due to the high costs involved for any other sample please forward four first class stamps for each sample.
9. Please note that all cards are individually made and there may be some small differences between each item. I use one company for all of my supplies to keep continuity of colour.
10. Once you have agreed your details with the church/venue, please set out your exact requirements in writing for your Order of Service/Order of the Day. Likewise, when you have finally decided on your menu and agreed it with your reception venue, please also supply this to me in writing.
